How do I place an order?

Simply add your item(s) to cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your payment, and you will receive an order confirmation via email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayNow, Paylah and all major credit/debit cards, as stated at checkout.

Do you offer COD (Cash On Delivery)?

No we do not offer COD.

How long will my order take to be processed?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) unless otherwise stated.

How long does delivery take?

Local delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Do expect delay during peak periods.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We only offer local delivery within Singapore.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Changes or cancellations are not possible once the order has been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try our best to assist you.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We will refund or replace any item purchased if it is found to be faulty or damaged. Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is defective.

Can I request for a refund if the colour looks different?

Slight color variations due to screen differences does not qualify as a defect. We will not be able to provide a refund.

How should I care for my hijab/shawl?

To keep your hijab looking its best, gentle hand wash in cold water using mild detergent is highly recommended. Avoid soaking, bleach, and tumble drying. Gently squeeze out excess water and hang or lay flat to dry. Iron on low heat if needed but refrain from ironing over the logo.
